Dr. David Howard joined the UMHB faculty in the fall of 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he majored in psychology, and Western Seminary, where he received the Master of Divinity degree in pastoral ministries. He received his M.A. in Human Development and Family Studies at Kansas State University while serving as a U.S. Army Chaplain 1974-1994. Following ten years of private practice as a marriage and family therapist, he earned the Ph.D. degree in Family Studies at Texas Woman's University in 2004.
