Bachelor's degree from NLNAC or CCNE accredited school of nursing

Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in Texas or as exempted as a federal employee
"C" or better in undergraduate statistics and undergraduate nursing research courses
One year full-time clinical practice experience as a Registered Nurse
Two academic of professional reference letters
