Intent to Enroll
Please confirm your intent to enroll in the program, in order to hold your spot, by submitting your confirmation at http://www.umhb.edu/intent.
Students who have not yet been advised will need to obtain registration clearance from their advisor/program director before they will be allowed to enroll. New students should contact their program director to setup an advising appointment on campus or be advised via email.
Graduate Program Directors
View your program director's contact information to schedule an advising appointment.
Students who have been advised but have not yet been enrolled or students who need to make changes to their class schedules may come to Room 1301 of the Sanderford Administrative Complex for assistance.
To avoid standing in line, however, students who have received registration clearance in the student information system from their advisors may complete the above tasks online via MyCampus (http://mycampus.umhb.edu/ics).
Financial Aid Office
Students needing to finalize their financial aid should go to the Financial Aid Office in the Sanderford Administrative Complex prior to clearing through the Bursar’s Office.
All students need to validate through the Bursar’s Office. A student's account is validated when the student informs the Bursar’s Office (though an email, a phone call, or in person) that the student will be attending the indicated semester and when the student has settled his/her account. An account is considered settled when the student’s account is paid in full or a payment plan through TMS has been established.
Online payment options are available at https://mycampus.umhb.edu/ics. Students may also complete all required payment plan applications and set up their payment plan by going to the TMS website: www.afford.com.
Cru Card – Student ID
All new students will need to obtain their Student ID card, Cru Card, from the Cru Card office. All students will need their Cru Card to obtain their parking decal and to complete other registration processes. The Cru Card office is located on the first floor of the Mabee Student Success Center.
Parking decals are provided as a part of the transportation fee. All parking decals may be obtained from the campus police at anytime. There is no charge for initial parking decals, but any additional and/or replacement decals are $15.00. There is no charge for temporary decals.
Commuter as well as residential students may obtain a parking permit at the University Police Department located on the first floor of the Mabee Student Success Center. Gold parking decals are not issued to residential students or residents of the College View Apartments.
Please be ready to provide your UMHB ID card and the year, make, model, color and license plate number of your vehicle.
Students interested in wireless internet connectivity, anti-virus software, and other such services may come to Room 1320 of the Sanderford Administrative Complex for assistance.

UMHB strongly suggests that each student maintain medical insurance. UMHB is not responsible for any medical expenses you may incur while enrolled as a UMHB student. If you do not currently have medical insurance, we will be happy to provide you with a list of resources.
Some medical insurance policies require you to use an approved network of doctors, hospitals, and clinics. Please contact your insurance carrier for details and if applicable, obtain a list of approved healthcare providers in the Belton/Temple area and determine what steps, if any, you should take to change your point of service (POS) to our area. Our zip code is 76513. Be sure to bring a copy of your insurance card with you when you come to UMHB.
