Spring Commencement Set

Belton, Texas - The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor spring Commencement will be held at the Bell County Expo Center at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3. This is the university's 152nd graduating class. An estimated 309 students will receive degrees. Of these, 285 students will receive baccalaureate degrees, and 24 students will receive master's degrees.

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, chartered in 1845, is one of the oldest, most reputable universities in Texas. UMHB is consistently recognized as one of the nation's best universities, according to U.S. News & World Report: Best Colleges.

The university remains committed to providing students with small classes and personal attention in both graduate and undergraduate degrees. The student population is nearly 2,700 with close to 1,200 students residing on campus. UMHB has an excellent reputation for helping students prepare for and find successful careers by providing field-based training, developing employer-internship programs, and assisting students in career opportunities. The university has a student to faculty ratio of 15 to one.
